Established in 1994 by Mr. Sanjay Gupta, the business has remained dedicated to its trade ever since, maintaining a consistent track record of success. Our growth began with the trading of various fabric types, and in 1998, we expanded into grey cloth manufacturing at Ichalkaranji, Maharashtra.
Where we were involved in the complete grey fabric manufacturing process from yarn to sizing of yarn to weaving on looms, where Mr. Gupta and his team handled a complete unit for a period of more than 10 years.

Our highlighting feature is our noteworthy market presence which spans more than two decades at the place where the bulk sales of fabric of denim mills takes place i.e. Gandhinagar, Delhi. Which famously is also known as Asia’s largest trading hub for all textiles and garments related raw and finished products. This longevity has given us a great awareness of industry trends and price dynamics, allowing for more effective operations.
Our denim fabric manufacturing process follows a careful sequence, beginning with the purchasing of yarn to warp dyeing, weaving, finishing and inspection for quality control measures.
Each stage follows specified designs and guidelines, guaranteeing consistency and quality. Quality control approaches are strictly maintained throughout, from initial processing to final shipping.

Mr. Sanjay Gupta
Mr. Sanjay Gupta is the proud proprietor of M/s SR FABRICS. His early education took place at Seth Girdhari Lal Senior Secondary School, Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, where he learned the basics.
In 1993, Mr. Gupta embarked on his entrepreneurial journey. His first step was trading of Grey Fabric. This marked the beginning of his venture into the business world.
Mr. Sanjay Gupta established M/s SR FABRICS in 1994, entering the fabric trade market. He primarily served Delhi manufacturers and dealers by sourcing fabric from multiple locations, such as Gujarat, Bhilwara, and Banswara. After trading for several years till 1998-1999, Mr. Gupta got verse with the momentum and business style of this industry which persuaded him to try his hands at manufacturing the same Grey Fabric he was trading earlier, which led to him moving to a very small city of ICHALKRANCHI, located near Kolhapur district of Maharashtra, which as on date is famous for manufacturing of grey fabrics.
As the business expanded Mr. Gupta along with his father did set up a base office in Ichalkaranji and it turned out to be a game changer for him and it very well helped him in expanding his business. Slowly he became a very well-known face in the industry suppling fabrics to all the major Traders of Delhi. He did setup a factory in about approx. 7-8 acres of land with the vision of having the complete supply chain within one roof from YARN TO FINISH GARMENTS.
n the year 2016, a new chapter began when Mr. Gupta’s son, Mr. Sooraj, entered the family business with his ideas. Over the years, Mr. Gupta has become known for his shrewd business sense and ability to spot opportunities. He has worked tirelessly to grow his business and build strong relationships with his customers. Through dedication and hard work, he has achieved remarkable success.
Mr. Sooraj Gupta
In 2016, Mr. Gupta’s son, Mr. Sooraj, joined the family business. However, he had a different vision. Recognizing the potential in the industry, he ventured into his own firm, M/s SG TRADER, in the year 2017. The company rapidly gained recognition within the industry, swiftly climbing from its humble beginnings to a prominent player in its segment. At first, Mr. Gupta started with trading denim fabric. Later, he expanded his vision by setting up an office in Ahmedabad in 2022-23.
Under his leadership, the business expanded its operations to include manufacturing of fabrics on a job work basis, all under their brand name NJD (NEELMADHAV TEXTILES). The company gained recognition to achieve significant revenue turnover within a short span.
This remarkable success stands as a testament to the hard work, dedication, guidance, and firm commitment demonstrated by both Mr. Sanjay Gupta and his son, Mr. Sooraj. Their unwavering determination and strategic vision have propelled the company to achieve extraordinary heights.
