Mr. Sanjay Gupta
Mr. Sanjay Gupta is the proud proprietor of M/s SR FABRICS. His early education took place at Seth Girdhari Lal Senior Secondary School, Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, where he learned the basics.
In 1993, Mr. Gupta embarked on his entrepreneurial journey. His first step was to trade Grey Fabric. This marked the beginning of his venture into the business world.
Mr. Sanjay Gupta established M/s SR FABRICS in 1994, entering the fabric trade market. He primarily served Delhi manufacturers and dealers by sourcing fabric from multiple locations, such as Gujarat, Bhilwara, and Banswara.
After trading for several years till 1998-1999, Mr. Gupta got verse with the momentum and business style of this industry, which persuaded him to try his hands at manufacturing the same Grey Fabric he was trading earlier, which led to him moving to a very small city of ICHALKRANCHI, located near Kolhapur district of Maharashtra, which as on date is famous for manufacturing of grey fabrics. As the business expanded, Mr. Gupta and his father set up a base office in Ichalkaranji. It turned out to be a game changer for him, and it very well helped him expand his business. Slowly, he became a very well-known face in the industry, supplying fabrics to all the major Traders of Delhi. He did set up a factory in about approx. 7-8 acres of land with the vision of having the complete supply chain within one roof from YARN TO FINISH GARMENTS.
In the year 2016, a new chapter began when Mr. Gupta’s son, Mr. Sooraj, entered the family business with his ideas. Over the years, Mr. Gupta has become known for his shrewd business sense and ability to spot opportunities. He has worked tirelessly to grow his business and build strong customer relationships. Through dedication and hard work, he has achieved remarkable success.
Mr. Sooraj Gupta
In 2016, Mr. Gupta’s son, Mr. Sooraj, joined the family business. However, he had a different vision. Recognizing the potential in the industry, he ventured into his own firm, M/s SG TRADER, in the year 2017. The company rapidly gained recognition within the industry, swiftly climbing from its humble beginnings to a prominent player in its segment. At first, Mr Gupta started trading denim fabric. Later, he expanded his vision by setting up an office in Ahmedabad in 2022-23.
Under his leadership, the business expanded its operations to include manufacturing fabrics on a job-work basis, all under their brand name NJD (NEELMADHAV TEXTILES). The company gained recognition for achieving significant revenue turnover within a short span.
This remarkable success stands as a testament to the hard work, dedication, guidance, and firm commitment demonstrated by both Mr. Sanjay Gupta and his son, Mr. Sooraj. Their unwavering determination and strategic vision have propelled the company to achieve extraordinary heights.
Sanyogita Gupta
Sanyogita Gupta is the non-executive director of our company and relative of our promoters. She has been appointed in the board on July 20, 2024 as additional director and has been regularized as non-executive director in shareholders’ meeting held on August 08, 2024. She has completed her graduation from Ch. Balluram Godara Govt. Girls College in the year of 1985. Presently she is also member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee of our Company.
Ms. Archana Jain
Ms. Archana Jain is an Independent Director of our Company. She is a Qualified Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She is the founder of Archana Jain & Co and has experience of more than decade in internal audit, forensic audit and indirect taxation. She is faculty member at The Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. The Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI), VAT faculty at Institute of Chartered Accountant of India (FIP). Additionally, she serves as a founding member of the Indirect Tax Committee and acts as a consultant for various associations within the BRICS network.
Ms. Tannu Shangle
Ms. Tannu Shangle is a B Sc. Graduate and Certified Financial Planner as recognized by the FPSB USA & FPSB INDIA. She has started her carrier with Citigroup in the year of 1995 and worked till 2013, after that she has joined SKC Consulting Private Limited as Business Development Head from Sept, 2013 to February, 2018. Currently she is associated with Providential Platforms Private Limited (Nivesh Angel) from February, 2018. Her area of expertise includes personal and corporate finance and such as wealth management, budgeting, investment strategies. In addition to this she also has experience in complete financial planning including of monitoring, execution and rebalancing of portfolio.
